Seven Lakes Fun Adventure Triathlon/ Duathlon Saturday June 9th Amery, WI
Registration/ Start : amery trailhead pavilion
Triathlon Start 8:00am
Triathlon course description : Run/walk 3 miles on the Seven Lakes State Trail / Bike 15 Miles (road ride) on surrounding country roads returning to beach area Paddle (anything human powered) around South Twin , North Twin and Pike lakes, two short 50 ft. portages, finishing back on South Twin Lake Beach shelter. This years triathlon will have placement awards and be more competitive then last years event stay tuned for more info
All participants will receive a finishers shirt
All proceeds going to Friends of the Stower Seven Lakes Trail for maintenance and improvements.
This event will be an adventure race with finishers shirts awarded and refreshments to participants after tour. Helmet required on Bicycle portion of tour and life jackets required on paddling portion of tour. Race is on “open road and open water” not closed to traffic. Two Water Stops along course, secure bike and boat corral. First 50 registered guaranteed shirt at event, if we run out shirts will be available for later pick up at no cost within 2 weeks.
Directions: Start/registration area- Downtown Amery Wisconsin at the new trailhead pavilion.
State Trail Pass not required for event but will be on sale at registration area and trail will be open to biking
