We have some great bike trails to check out.
The Seven Lakes and the Gandy Dancer trails are old rail road beds converted to bicycle trails with a very nice crushed limestone base with very little grade (no hills) make excellent rides, great for the family with no car traffic except at road crossings. St. Croix Falls has the Wooly Trail System about 6 miles of singletrack for mountain bikers that start at the High School parking lot with great wooded rolling hills and no major climbs.
Further south on the north side of River Falls right off of highway 35 The Kinney Off Road Cyclists club (KORC)
maintain a very fun 5 mile loop with wooden berms, bridges and rock gardens. If you are heading north the Hayward area has some of the best off road trails in the country with hundreds of miles of well marked and maintained trails of the CAMBA trail system and we would be happy to recommend some of our favorite trails.Go to link below for a map of the Seven Lakes Trail.
